It is them that turned the Liabilty (our money deposited into any bank) into an asset (there 100 fold creation by bookkeeping/computer entery backed by absolutly nothing besides ones missed placed faith), to bad we have to suffer for it even if a few of the banksters end up in prison with a slap on the wrist sentence.
