Aren't you concerned you will crash if you fondle that gas cap too often?

What year exhaust did you use. I'm starting a 08 crf250/cr250 conversion. The motor is out of a 97 cr250 and i have a fmf pipe for a 2001 cr250.
Thanks

did you have any motor fitment issues with the clutch case hitting the frame for proper engine clocking ? i know this is an issue with the gen 4 frame, i'm wanting to build one and have the frame and motor already. thinking i might be better off getting a gen 5 frame to work with.

What is the point of the alloy tank? More capacity, bling factor?

That's an EFI chassis right? Did you put any work into comparing the front sprocket height of the smoker motor to the one the chassis was designed for? Looks like you have the motor tilted all ya can with the OEM cradle.
Nice build BTW.

It's a effi chassis. The motor is as low as possible in the frame
