my 06 KTM 250 SX-F with CR500

I got a great deal on a 06 ktm roller and decided to due the conversion. It took about 4 months to finish the bike. I ended up cutting the cradle out of the 250 and welded in and new cradle form a ktm 525 cradle. The bike is still in a working process and looks dirty, but I just graduated from college and have no more money :-). I got a 125 sx air box, which is why i'm keeping on the 125 sx and for the people who would like to race and can not see that the pipe is not a 125 pipe I will be happy to have fun with them. I know some people might thing why put a cr500 in another frame. I got a great deal on the ktm, I think KTM look great, the bike is lighter, and handles to me a lot better. Thank you to a couple of the members to help me through this build it was a long process. Hope the pictures are good

Last thing I would like to ask for some help about jetting. Not sure what I need to do. I jetted the carb for the 500 in the spring, which it was about 50 degrees here up in the U.P. (upper peninsula) and my jetting is so far off now that the humidity is crazy and hot temps. I keep fouling out plugs non stop and keep messing with it, but still no luck. I'm running stock jetting settings with the bike I beleive 55 or 50 piolet 170 main, clip thrird from top and air scerw turn and a half. Sometimes when I start the bike it right from idle it will almost die and wake up and keep the process like it is starving. I also foul most of my plugs when I go into 4th or 5th gear full throttle. When I slow down and putt around a little the engine just shuts off and my plug is wet and black. Not sure if anyone can help Thanks

replace needle and seat, buy a CGM needle to replace the 1368
the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.
