got a guts racing tall soft seat for my gen 4, this is so comfy it will make any STEELIE owner jealous
that combined with a grip cover and you stay where you sit which takes away the feeling of hanging from monkey bars every time you hit the throttle, also no more monkey butt
even tho its soft i dont feel the seatpan
the only thing i dont like is i ordered a tall and im not tall, cant even touch flat footed..... can lead to some stupid looking "tip overs"when they really shouldnt happen
39.5" seat height running 95mm sag and a brand new m5b
im thinking of lowering the subframe 1/2" and/or cutting out some foam to make it the stock height
rode 6 hours a day (not counting stops) for 3 days in a row without feeling uncomfortable, that would give you a hemorrhoid on the stock seat

guts racing seat
the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.
