Somebody must be helping him (Scott Murray) out now. His bike and riding gear look MUCH better then it did at X-Games this past summer. Still has his work gloves on though.

He wrote a letter into MXA, after they published that he wears gardening gloves. His reply was, that they are not gardening gloves, they are work gloves, and last much longer than that other junk that the riding gear companies sell.
Too much of a puss for a 500!

I must confess that is the same type of gloves I have been wearing for years. When I got my first dirt bike bike in the mid to late seventies I spent my money on premix, a chest protector, riding jersey, and a helmet. So I found a pair of Dads leather work gloves and have used them all these years. Used to be embarrassed to mention them, but now!!!!!!!!!

i remember wearing those back when I started riding in 1976. Good 'ol deerskin workgloves from K-Mart.
