Biggest Loser 2012???
Biggest Loser 2012???
I've put on way to many pounds over the last few years. Anyone interested in doing a diet challenge. I know there was pretty successful one a couple of years ago here.
Personally I need to loose 20-25 pounds.
Anyone else game?

Ok... heres the dee-lee-o...
I collected around $120 or so from the last go round of this.... then we all went to Slaters 50/50.... and everyone walked away...

I still gotts the money....
So...
Tonight, everybody weigh in after you take a big shit..... and post up your starting weight.
On July 1st, reweigh.... and the highest percentage and the highest total weight loss will split the prize.
If its the same person... winner takes all.
We will have reports along the way...
Everyone "in" as of now is bought in. Report whats working, and whats not. The goal is for everyone to lose weight, the money just keeps it interesting!!
New contestants , its a $20 buy in, unless you have proof you bought in before.
Let the games begin!!!
( Cheaters will burn in 4 stroke hell.....)

It would be easy to cheat here of course but in the real game I have never fooled anyone. The big T shirt isn't really hiding anything other than my tool and I have built way to big of a shed for that thing. I am down 30 from my starting weight and the thing looks better already I think I can see the tip now when I peeing.
This is great because for a week now I have been feeling unmotivated and kind of discouraged I hit a little wall around 265, I'm ready to get fired back up...Good Luck Hoons!!!!
They say every 10 lbs exposes another 1/2" I am tired of the poor thing looking like a button on a fur sweater so thats good news.

Eating "clean" is key. Let your body naturally tell you how much of meat, vegetables, fruit and nuts, Cut out as much if not all of the following...
Grains, including cereals, bread, pasta etc.
Dairy (use coconut or almond milk)
Sugar or sweeteners
Processed foods
If you are also working out - and strength training is key - you can throw away the scale and monitor your waistline. If you must be scientific have your body fat estimated or measured.
