2011 TE449 I just put supermoto wheels on it. It's pretty fun but not like my street legal KX500.
My first four stroke

Thanks, I like white. I am still trying to get used to riding this thing. Not as easy a I thought it would be to ride wheelies. The 500 likes to do wheelies in fifth, this bike likes to do them in 2-3rd gear. Just does'nt have the power for high speed ones. I put a pipe and JD programer on, it helped wake it up a little. Everyone raves about how much power 450's have. I don't want to sound like a spoiled brat but......I am a bit dissapointed.
Cool bike. Not really fair to compare a street legal off road (mellow) tuned 450 to a MX tuned 450 let alone a KX500.
After that is said and done one has to ask what you're comparing it to in terms of gearing.
That's a sweet and sexy scooter. Nothing's going to feel like a KX500. I'm sure it's a hell of a lot more fun to travel on than any two stroke, plus KX500's are uglier n shit!

I will agree with you that kx500's are ugly, but mine is in a 04 kx250f chasis. I street titled it as a custom build. You have to surrender the original title and then the DMV issues a new vin. and plates come in the mail. No inspections. It is up to you to make it legal. I have a working headlight, tail, brake and a mirror that is it. This is the CA loophole, the problem is if you title it this way you loose your offroad license and insurance become super expensive because of the custom build status.
