Hoon Bean Cassarole:
Time to make 20 minutes till you're scarfin
Stuff you will need:
1) 4 cans of Green Beans
2) Bag of Cheddar Cheese (I used Mexican Cheedar and Jack)
3) French Onion topping
4) Two cans of Cream of Mushroom soup
Drain the beans and toss em in a bowl:
Throw the soup on top...looks like an aftermath of a bad night of partying:
Throw cheese on top..how much is up to you:
Mix it all up annd nuke it in the microwave for 1:00 er so, mix it up again and nuke for an additional 30 seconds and dump it in to a oven safe dish:
Throw some more cheese on top:
Throw coat with french onions:
Give remaining onoins to the kids, should get a smile like this:
Crank up the oven to 350 and cook til top is browned...15 minutes er so...chow down!
Yesterday was the wifes B-Day....I cooked and gave her the day off (nice of me huh ):
Bowl fulla turds (Atomic Buffalo Turds):

Ribs smoked 4 hours, they are pink from the smoke. While not perfect they were damn good! You have to remove the membrane on the bone side of the ribs...cooks more evenly and allows the smoke to get into the meat better.Scarlet wrote:Your little girl is a doll Try mixing some Mrs. Grasses Onion soup mix in with the cream of mushroom soup for a little extra zing. How long did you leave those ribs on, hon?

I'm making the hoon bean casolroll again. This time I am usiing french cut green beans, hope that works out. I only have one can of soup, but oh well. I got it in the oven and will be eating it shortly. I didn't give the left over onions to any kids, but my dog tried them. The facial expression didn't match the one on the angel in the pic above.
Don't Clyde it, ride it!
note on the turds slow cook em on indirect heat ... we cooked them real fast just turring them over a fire to cook the bacon .... holy crap those where so hot spicy hot that I thought I was going to cry.
