Another Bloody Aussie! (Oi Oi Oi!)

Post by 090 »

Aussies and big bores go together like hot pants and Kylie Minogue!
Probably because it takes so long to get any where, so its a matter of getting there asap!
I'm in the vmx scene here so I have a lot of old school big bores. And seeing as I only ride old school two strokes, I thought a 4 broke was out of the question for a modern. So I have a '99 frame with a 2001 motor in it. I made the later model plastics fit. It also has Ohlins on both ends as well as every trinket I could find. Still have to fit the over size front disc.

Welcome!
A CR500 is a thing of beauty whatever the frame is made of, but me, I'd rather ride a hoon!

Just to watch or did you ride?
I was there as well and will be again this year.
Conondale is one of the best tracks in Oz imo . I got to take the af around earlier this year as well.

Thanks for the welcoming guys.

Yep, ya got me. That was the Aussie championships. I am in the pre 70 video leading on the big 360 CZ.
You should go to classic dirt. No racing, just three days of riding and drinking beer, or in my case Bourbon!

They are nos DG side covers. They are a bit brittle too. Best give vmx racing a go. I have had a set of white plastics made for another bike. I'm sure they would do a set in white for you.

He means that you need to post up some photos of your wife, girlfriend, or the hot chick that lives next door.

I've been too busy at work to properly enforce this rule, but some disconnections are on the horizion....
