Location field?

Make it so a city, state and or country must be valid to complete a reg?
However it seems the IP addy takes care of that.

I keep telling people the IP WHOIS means nothing as far as location goes. Nobody listens. Mine says I'm in Littleton CO. I'm most definitely not.

yeah, some larger ISPs own a huge address block and use them all over the place. Like mine at work shows vegas only because mpower chose to list that, but my addy is in the same block as another client of mine in LA, but they just chose to list the location on the name of the router. if the location wasn't listed and you did a tracert, you would think both locations were in fresno, or san jose or something.
