I ride a 1985 CR500 with 1986 CR250 forks with all of the Racetech valving and springs. The rear shock has the gold valve kit with stock spring. The engine is stock bore with mild porting and decompression valve installed. I run a 41.5mm PWK carburetor. Pro Circuit works pipe and custom turbine core 2 spark arrestor. All of the swingarm and linkage bearings have been replaced as well as wheel bearings and head bearings. I have installed 1986-87 gold rims and the blue seat. This old bike runs and handles great. I ride it quite often and race in the AHRMA series at several locations. It gets taken into the woods on occasion to run the LACC events. I also have a 2001 CR250 that has been converted to a woods bike.
