I dropped my 125/500 off at Patriot today. Don spent a good amount of time looking things over. He said he had some ideas to make a pipe that clears the 125 frame. Back in the old days we would not drill out the frames, we would find the right size bolt for the hole.Back then the holes were so large it was easy to fit the sae bolt in. It was to help keep the spindly frames from cracking.

We did an Acerbis and a stock tank. The stock tank was more difficult that the Acerbis because the plastic on the stock tank is different than the Acerbis, along with the square edges.

If you doing a 500 build, yes it will. We used the shortest plug to make the heating area as small as possible.
