The exhaust port location locates the Y.. The 450X rads are to long and will not work. I use the 06 CRF250X rads on all my CRF conversions. On the 450X I cut all 4 rad mounts off the frame. Bolt them to the 250X rads, put the gas tank and shrouds on bolt the rads to shrouds. Shazam!!! thats where y...

Hey Mel you need to grind the corner off the Y. Sometimes you got to put a ding in the pipe to. The PC pipe is the worst fitting pipe.....

Lol... It is a cooler. The Honda's have a problem with the brakes getting hot and boiling the brake fluid. That bike has two coolers on the rear brakes. One on the master cylinder and one on the caliper. The coolers also hold more fluid as well :wink:
