If you're riding super tight woods/single track, why not try a 36 or 38? You can snag em up for next to nothing and it'll still pull decent on top. It'll give you a way stronger signal and be less likely to flame out. Personally, i've never tried any of those piggyback jetting systems, since I don't...

Hey man, I have a 2000 with an Alberta regi and I have a 96 that's already powdercoated gunmetal that's never been assembled since. It's a WA title, only because i've been too lazy to register it here yet. I think I have a pic posted in the classifieds.

I run one on my old faithful 90 sand bike. Without a doubt shoots where you point it a lot more than a knobby. I like it when the sand is dry and deep. But, in Oregon it's a toss up on the weather, so I find it can be a bit too twitchy in wet sand. Landing with the bars turned and it'll try to rip o...

Vancouver to Phoenix 1600 miles and change. Gotta split the cost of an old school bus with roosty, gut the rear half for bike parking, pick up the rest of the canadians and charge beer and fuel $$. Pick up a few WA/OR residents on the way. That's a lot of red bull and beef jerky, but it's not much f...

Or 0.7mm (0.030") if you'd rather use a feeler gauge. -According to the 85-91 Honda manual. It's not in the newer manuals for some reason.

Just lace some 17's on it and you have a killer reliable motard. I rode mine for a few years and put a ton of miles on it. Gas, oil change, repeat. Stone reliable engine, just uncorked it.

Yeah man, anything's possible, but it's tall, wide and heavy. I loved my 650R, but I think you'd be better to focus on a different build. But i'll keep watching if you take the plunge.

Qk, you'll piss around with the jetting gtill the end of time with that going on and get nowhere. Runs like hell, fuel charge burning in the exh, bla bla. A new piston will make you a happier rider.

freshly powdercoated 96 frame and sub
Mint frame with no dings and a matching subframe. It's a metallic gunmetal color. Comes with a WA state title. Never had anything bolted to it since getting done. Also have all the other roller parts from this bike as well as an 01. $200 for the frame and sub. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v636/...

If starting it is getting to be too much, get roosty's decomp mod done to the head.

It's an 03 which isn't what you asked for, but it's a decent deal for a good engine. I have an 01, but the 02 up engines are killer machines too.
