Ok I rode it more and after a good hard ride it will sit and ping/idle high like a big cam'd v8. Ping ping ping ping like it's not idling regularly. Is this bad reeds? I took the reed cage out and can see the slightest bit of light between the cage and petals. Will that cause irregular idle? Figure...

People ask about jetting stuff all the time. The only answer I have heard that makes sense is all motors are different get a good baseline for you elavation type of riding etc etc and then start testing from there. Remember to have a fesh packed silencer as it will effect jetting.

the only problem with the 01 cr is the limited stock and aftermarket parts True but not as bad as you would think. Its more plastics and bullshit like that.
