Fork oil capacity, weight, brand

I need to get my fork seals done. Does anyone know the capactiy for oil, what weight, and a suggestion on brand of oil I need for a '94?

I'm Jeff from the old site. I ride with M.F.D.B. in Vegas. This is my second dirt bike. The first was an '82 CR 250. I have been riding some sort of machine since I was 4.
