I spent more time riding wth one of the kids on the bike with me than I did a solid trail ride.

The 250f is a very tight fit, I've seen the SH ones and not liked their engine clocking or any of the fitment. The 250f is better suited to the cr250 conversion. I'm going to post what 1985-01 production engines were intended to be as factory prepared parts. Keep in mind that all engines have the piston .005"-.008" below the deck at top dead centre with the OEM .021" thick base gasket. Some gasket kits base gaskets will alter this .002"-....
