The frame I got from ebay was crackd just like this (CRF450 2006). I already had the frame sitting in the garage for months waiting for completion when I discovered the crack and already left a good feedback to the seller so I just had it welded like asteroid did. The difference beeing that we left ...

I guess i would need to put some locktite too because I can remove the bearing with my finger, but there is no play though. I was thinking getting it welded with the old bearing in place (or maybe even get a steel piece machined longer because with the bearing it could have some welding over it and ...

Crankcase difference between 91 and 94?
I might need a new right crankcase because I found a haircrack next to a bearing and the bearing fits loose in the hole. Anyway, mine is a 94 but I need to know wich year can fit. I saw that 1991 have a different part number but is it just because they are black or it won't fit with my other half? T...

How did you bent your aluminium tube (craddle)
There's no place around here that will bend my tube. A place I tried was saying they would need to put a chrome insert in the tube to prevent deformation that would cost over 1000$ to do because they didn't have it. So those who have done the full craddle replacement, how did you bent your tube? Tha...

Re: frame rails
what tubing did you use for this build and did you need to heat it to bend it or anneal it ? I have seen all the builds replacing the cradels but no mention of this subject. The shop to do my bending cracked the tubing, they are telling me it needs to be annealed first then after all the bending an...

How to relieve bridge?
I know we should relieve the bridge after an oversize, but what do you use to do this? And do we absolutely need to do the scallops too?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Found on dirtrider.com about the 2005 CRF250R: When the 2004 CRF250R came out, there was no doubt Honda had a winner. The bike had huge sales and even won our 125 class shootout. Despite its success, Honda decided the little thumper needed revamping. The 2005 CRF250R features changes to the motor an...

UPS= legal RAPING Yes, they have excessive fee just for customs, I prefer USPS but I think they don't offer tracking # (at least that's what most of the people say on ebay). You could get a friend to buy the frame on eBay, and then he could sell it to you. This way you would be buying it from a Canadian. I don't really understand waht you are saying (sorry, I'm french!) What would be the difference between buying it myself or having someone else (from Canada) buying it...

, however if you want to register it with a bill of sale from the US, you will have to go through the RIV program. I read about the RIV program and if I understand it right, a motocross dont need to gp through this because it is a competiton only vehicule that should be used on close course area. F...
