Cleaning expansion chambers

Whats the best way to clean all that funky crap on the inside of the expansion chamber ?
I seem to remember "the Stuz" did a how to on here but after his departure i think his posts were removed.

If your milling the Y just machine down the end to fit inside the the stock cradle (as per pic) and as Bob was saying just do a couple of plug welds along with the perimeter weld

If your using it for supermoto i'd go for the close ratio box to prevent/limit rear wheel lock up on down shifting.

These gen5 things have super sharp handling which is probably more mx based but still a blast to ride, you'll love it. The rear will probably need to be lowered a bit if its still stock

yeah i understand the cavitation thing but i'm coming back home and the coolant level has dropped to around the top of the radiator core fins. maybe time to put a overflow bottle on it to be sure where its going
