Yep just spin the carb, it's way easier. The reason the PWK uses smaller pilots jets is it has a better draw aka a better signal at idle and low throttle settings.

No, I am on 92 pump gas and it is 100% OK but I did try advancing the timing and I did not like that, that brought on a ping, so with the stock timing I would say I am close to the edge with 92. The bike does rip it will leave a stock one no problem. With the cost of race fual I made sure by talking...

Here's my $.02 on the subject. I had Glen do my barrel this last winter. It was his Trail port version with a Wiesco piston. First off I've never been a big fan of Wiesco pistons do to may failures in the past, but this one seems to be fine and after a half hours run time a peak in the exhaust port ...
