-B&B Racing engine "After a long race season and thousands of race laps, Panthera cranks have endured harder race treatment than any CR500 replacement crank before. Typically after 3-5 races we tore down engines to inspect cranks(hot rods) and crank tin failure was common. Now we have 20+ r...

We asked to the outlaw kart guys lately to comment on the quality of the cranks. They confirmed us that no oem or hotrod cranks are near as strong as ours. Some of our crank have been running through 15 races and 2000 laps this year and they are still running strong. When we asked them what is the r...

VHM have screws on their crank too. The tolerences of our machining allows a perfect replacement of any CR500 cranks. That is the only thing we need to share. If we were sharing avery drawings and heat treat details of our product, we would not stay in business for long. We have some cranks running ...

Hi Likelite,

The weight of a billet crank is about 5% more. It is the price to pay to get rid of the thin foils and have strong billet material.

As for the inertia, if this is what you are worried about, it is pretty much the exact same.

We are glad to hear that Rhino ! I would like your input on something. At first we though about selling only the mechanical components, and let the costumer buy a 450x stator, and the electric motor. (So the electricals) Would you prefer that we put it in the kit and make it a more ''plug and play''...

You will be free to only buy the stator and flywheel. The flywheel will come out more that original so we will probably have to sell a adapted billet cover for people who only wants those two component.

The flywheel is part of the electric start design we are preparing, so the complexity of such a project slows down the timeline a little. But the flywheel alone with adapted stator back plate should be ready around third week of February.

Hi Brodster12, I think what Roostius was referring to is that we have a 110W 450x stator and flywheel conversion kit coming out soon. He was involved in the design of it. Being straight from the 450x, it will be reliable, more than some other aftermarket high output stator we have seen fail too ofte...

As we are talking about e-start, the design phase is very close to be done. All parts are getting budgeted and we would like some feedb...
