I'm almost finished my 05 Gen 3 CR250 with the 91 CR500 engine build and I don't have any radiator hoses. (building from scratch) Does everyone just buy two sets of hoses (CR250 +CR500) and then take what they need? What's the consensus?

What is this inside my barrel?!
Just took my barrel into the machinist to get her cleaned up for a new top end and he spotted this.. Any idea what these little milled slots are just above the exhaust ports? Yet another Australian 500AF'er!
Hey guys, Just thought I had better say ello! Names Mark and I'm from Perth, Australia. I currently have a Gen 3 (05) CR250 chassis with a 91 CR500 motor... and they are coming together nicely... welding the frame as we speak and the motor arrived from the US a couple of days ago...
