ya thats what i thought i had an 86 cr250 i ran the frame numbers and atleat the frame is an 86 is there a way to tell id the motor is a 85or 86 but i also hear some thing about the early 86's not having gold rims and the rear wheel bearings being different aswell

my 86 too has the gold series fatty it is for the 86 just fmf doesnt make them anymore i also have a fmf silencer on mine and they dont make them anymore either
