Hey there i have a 86 cr500 and im clueless when it comes to tuning. Its got a DG pipe and the current jets are: 168 main, 58 pilot, 60 slide, R1370N needle with clip on the fourth position down and i dont know what my mixture screw is set at. Hey my names Matt live in Orange County. I'm curious as to what all is involved in converting a frame to fit a 500 motor. I have a 2002 cr250 and a 1987 cr500. Just rebuilt an 87 500. Is ther any way to make a better connection between the pipe and the header/manifold off the motor. Exhaust leaks out frOm that area.

Hey ther I'm new to this site my name is matt. I have a 2002 Honda cr250 that I'd love to drop a big bad 500 in. I just got a 87 cr500. I know I will have to ream the swing arm mount bigger. I am trying to find someone in California that does these conversions since I dont have the skills to do this...
