Epoxy???? Wow, thought it was a solid build until I read that..... WELD, hot metal and electricity is the only way to make a solid AF.... How about some head stay pics? Did you go with the curved or straight across type?

Got the 27, 23 and the 22... All fine weapons!!! Only carry the 27 in a smart carry during short weather and as a back up on the ankle, recently got a sub compact XD .40 that I carry more as it's smaller over all... But the 23 with a CT laser grip, night sights and mag extensions is my favorite!

Here is a few of the last pics. Rebuilt the engine, forks and swing arm/linkage. He has the fork guards, front plate and seat cover and is gonna finish it up himself. Still less then $1k invested.... http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff317/eyesky2002/P1010644.jpg http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/...

Use the 01 CR250 rads, newer may work but look different when I built mine... You may still have to have the left side cross over rotated up a little, but other then that they should bolt right up.

Re: Surfacing a cylinder head

https://bannedcr500riders.com/images/auto/ac90b72774d9b0a8cbe5717c33769dc3.jpg Roosty knows the proper way to do it. Is that head for a stroker engine? Looks a lot like how the head was done by E Gorr on a KX103 stroker I have work on for a local racer. http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff317/eyes...

I went with a head stay on my 450 to mimic the the front radius tube on the frame and used both bolt holes on each side. Welding a block and 6" straps just seemed to weak for me. I am 6'4" 250lbs in gear and ride almost exclusively MX, ending its 3rd season and no vibes, no issues, no crac...
