Sorry sold i should of posted on here my fault good luck on your hunt mabe try ebay there are some cheap pj's and pwk's for under 100 shipped. I just paid 85 for a brand new pwk 39 on ebay sometimes you just get lucky

Did you do anything to the clutch new cable or something that would of effected the way itwuld work? if so double check your work and re set it up. When i installed my new clutch cable i had to reset my cable adjustment 10 mins into my ride

Your gonna find that that old case is wrotten aswell

Ive seen it done but have no idea what is involved as i have a newer bike

I run 32:1 aswell i would run what was stated sounds like a good base

If you still have the old races you could use them to tap on so you dont damage the new ones
