I sold one of the pipes already. It was not the cleanest one and I was offered MUCH more than that. I will just keep it as they are very difficult to find in this condition. Thanks, Bob

Easiest is the CR250. I enjoy that one and the CRF250 equally. CRF250 is a good bike too and a little more work. I have not done a 450 so I have no input to share. Good Luck

No problem. One thing to remember is " no clamping and no binding" when doing the welding. No tension on anything is good. Have Fun

I think that is a good idea. You would not want to put tension on the frame and create premature cracking.

My advice would be to make the spacers with no additional clearance between the swingarm. You do not want to pinch the swingarm at all.

A 125 conversion is the most work. To do a 2000 125 seems like alot of work for that chassis.

In the old days, on our Yamaha's we would use a layer of foam between an inner and outer screen. You could wash the airbox and clean the additional venting at the same time.

We used K&N's on our 08 CRF's. A sock cover may help, we had very fine dust in the airboot and they are still on the shelf in the garage.

My son is an A class rider and we broke the frame again with the billet Y. I am now putting a crf Y on it. Each time has been cracks on...
