build ur own AF :) .... just take the pipe off and dent it in slightly till it
misses the rad pipe it wont affect the performance just a small indent

still using the same set up same bulbs as well no issues only issue i have is the beam is to wide needs a lil less angle but no problem with coil stater ignition anything like that LED with this ignition set up works ....tested and tested no problems....iv seen they have even higher wat LED bulbs av...

Yes it works well just need to slot the adjusting slots more to be able to
advance it more you use the fly wheel also

I use the 02 cr250 ignition it has a coil which is rectified to run the electric power vale and i run an led tail light and a led head light ...the head light i got had two house type 12v low lights in it when i bought it they where 12v18wat so i replaced them with the led type house down lighting b...

yes you can use the 02 also with electronic power valve....just need to
slot the adjusting for more advance and use the cr250 fly wheel also
there is also enough amps coming out that ignition to run decent led
head and tail light

looks ok to me i would strip it down completely and rebuild it ...what i like about it is the frame has not been cut which i think is a big plus while you got it stripped down try grind a lil bit more around the Y to get a better clearance around the header pipe but not much just a bit

my guess would be a blown head gasket but just a slight leak blowing the exploding gas forcefully through causing great heat enough to melt the ali block like a heat gun on plastic you ever seen how it melts it till it cracks..
