How to remove chain adjuster assemblies

What do I have to do in order to remove the whole adjuster assembly from out of the swingarm. I've removed all the fasteners but the thing won't budge. Do I need a slide hammer or stick some kind of bent rod in the pivot access hole and bang it out??

Actually I discovered there is a battery located inside that big plastic housing, integral with the circuit board and connectors. I was wondering why it weighed so much! So that is why it sticks out 3 " from the forks. The Electrosport manual vaguely referenced a battery but provided no clue to...

The lighting kit is a Electrosport Dakar kit and the big offset behind the head light houses the circuit board and assorted connectors. Not really happy about the weight of it either by it is what it is. Ya, red is the only colour for a CR for me. I'll be putting yellow number plates on and probably...

New hoon in BC

Hi all, Cool and informative forum you guys have here. Currently building up a steelie due to my mid life crisis. Last raced the potent '85 Cr500 back in the same year. No plans for racing now only having a bunch of fun with torque. Photo below is racing early '80s 250. |Check out those scott boots!...

Where can I get some tubing like this that will fit inside a steally swingarm? Measures about 2 3/16" x7/8" or so. A quick web search turned up nothing in that size. Or is it billet http://s1041.photobucket.com/albums/b41 ... imber2.jpg

Yesterday was a good day, 1st I aquired the CRE 200w stator, an hour later I picked up a frame with grandfathered street registration and got plates for it. (No new off road bike registration is permitted up here now)
Pics will follow...
